The 2024 Annual Commission Update course is the mandatory class required every year by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. This 4 CE course covers topics including Uniform Duties, new property management and leasing legislation, AI in your real estate practice, holding money for others, accepting transaction fees directly, making vendor referrals, alternative financing issues, encumbrances on title, and an overview of this year's contract changes.

You must have a functioning webcam that can be on for the entire four hours of class, you must be logged on and present no later than 15 minutes after class starts, you must be able to devote your attention solely to class (no driving!) and be prepared to take notes, and you must pass the exam at the end of class with a 70% or better to earn credit.

I have been licensed for 19 years, am a REALTOR, and serve on the board of directors for my local Association's for-profit MLS organization, called REALTOR Services Corp or RSC. I am a Women's Council of REALTORS Pikes Peak Network past president and am the president for the Colorado state network. I am an educator at heart, and currently teach pre-licensing classes for Real Estate College of Colorado as well as GRI and other continuing education classes for Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS and title companies in El Paso County. I have worked with numerous real estate brokerage firms as their new agent mentor or developing new agent training programs. I took the best of those programs and created CleverAgent, which is the same 12-week program I put my own agents through!
